123NMARUWA瀬戸寮Maruwa Seto Dormitory建築とランドスケープの融合Fusion of architecture and landscapeワンルームタイプの単身者用の社員寮である。建築主が照明事業に進出する象徴として、内外すべての照明に新開発のLED照明を採用している。照明を用いて建築とランドスケープを一体的にデザインすることをテーマとし、LED照明の指向性に着目して軸を強調するデザインを行った。敷地を挟む山と山を結ぶ自然軸と街区の街並み軸の交差で平面を構成し、緑の前庭の傾斜と石積みの面によって自然軸を強調するランドスケープとしている。軸は室内に貫入し、ガラス建具という形で生活の場を柔らかくゾーニングしている。建具の上枠にLEDを一直線に配し、内外を貫く光のラインを完成させた。(大嶽 清和)This is a one room type employee dormitory for unmarried. Newly developed LED lighting was adopted everywhere both inside and outside, as a symbol of the building owner’s inroads into the lighting business. The theme was integrated design of building and landscape using lighting, and the design was carried out emphasizing the axes by focusing on the directionality of the LED lighting. A plane was formed by the intersection of the natural axis connecting the mountain and mountain that enclosed the site, and the cityscape axis of the street, and the landscape emphasized the natural axis by the green sloping forecourt and the surface of the masonry. The axis penetrates into the rooms, and the living areas are gently zoned with glass fittings. LEDs are arranged in a straight line on the top frame of the fittings, to complete a line of light that penetrates inside and outside.
