更新と生産を視野に入れたシンプルな架構Simple structural frame to facilitate renovation and productivity約10坪のワンルーム居住空間は、品質と生産性の向上を高めるべく躯体段差のないフラットスラブを採用した。水周り配置を躯体で規定せず、レイアウトの調整や収納下などの排水ルートを創りだす事で、浴室以外に住戸内動線には段差を設けていない。梁型・下がりのないフラットな天井スラブは、天井内配管の自由度を大いに高め、改修・更新においても大きな 効果を発揮すると期待できる。(柴田 剛典)For one room dwelling spaces of about 33 square meters, flat slabs with no steps on the frame were adopted to improve the quality and the productivity. No steps were provided in the flow lines within dwelling units apart from in the bathroom, by adjusting the layout and providing the drainage route underneath, etc., so that the arrangement of water area was not restricted by the frame. The flat ceiling slab with no beams or drop downs greatly increase the freedom of arrangement of pipes within the ceiling, which is expected to have a big effect during repair and modification.
