NサンマークスだいにちSunMARKS DAINITI1,163家族のための豊かな住まいLuxury residence for 1,163 families敷地は、三洋電機の淀川事業所跡地である。電化製品の生産を通し、人々の生活の豊かさづくりに貢献してきたこの場所を、「豊かな住まいの舞台」として再生させる。1,163戸からなる住戸は、中央の4棟のタワーと南側の3棟の板状棟に配置し、縦と横にバランス良く積層することで、個と戸の寄り良い距離間と、集まって住むことで共有できる環境の多様さを生みだした。オープンスペースには四季折々の樹木・草花・水庭を配置することで、五感で感じる空間としている。敷地境界にも緑を多く配置し、敷地外の人も共有できる 場所を各所に設けている。人と緑を媒体としたサスティナブル・コミュニティを目指した。 (河合 哲夫・阪本 泰智)The site is the location of the former Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. Yodogawa Office. This location, which enriched people's lives through the production of electrical appliances, has been reborn as a "stage for luxurious living." The 1,163 residences have been placed in a layered floor arrangement with four central towers and three low-rise buildings on the south side, creating a good balance between vertical and horizontal. This arrangement has good separation between individual residences and offers the diversity of environments that can be shared through communal living. The open area has trees, flowers and a water garden, creating an environment that changes throughout the seasons and can be felt with all of the senses. Abundant greenery has been provided on the site boundaries as well, creating various spaces that can be shared with off-premises residents as well. The aim is to create a sustainable community through the media of people and greenery.
