12233342351Nトヨタ部品東京共販杉並営業所Toyota Tokyo Parts Distributor Suginami Office街並みに対する軽快さの表現Airy design harmonizing with the street自動車部品共販会社の都心型モデルタイプ営業所としての建替計画。限られた敷地の中で、RC耐震壁を適所に配置した静的な1階駐車場ボリュームに対し、上階は、開口部や非常用進入口を適所に配置することで、跳ねだしたRCフラットスラブに挟まれた白い外壁がスライドする構成とし、車のもつ軽快さの表現を意図している。また、交通量の多い幹線道路沿いの立地に対し、機能的な用途に合わせて開口部を絞り、騒音を抑えながら必要な部分へ北側の安定した光を室内へ導びくと同時に、ファサードに縦方向の動きを付加している。(加 真一)This project involved the reconstruction of new model types sale office in metropolitan area for a cooperative auto parts company. In contrast to the first floor volume, which has reinforced concrete earthquake-resistant walls placed at appropriate locations, the upper floors have apertures enclosed by hanging reinforced concrete flat slabs and rescue entrances placed in a staggered pattern, creating a crisp configuration in which the white outer walls seem to slide along the façade to depict the speed of a moving vehicle. As the building is located on a heavily trafficked main road, the apertures were made progressively narrower on the upper floors in accordance with their functional use. This was done to reduce noise while at the same time admitting the stable lighting from the north side into the areas where it is needed, and in order to add to the horizontal movement of the façade.
