海中遺跡をモチーフにした1階共用エントランスホール 04木造帆船をモチーフにしたイイノホール 座席に空調吹出を組込んでいる 06各テナントの顔となる3階オフィスロビー 天井は波を表現している 05地域文化への貢献と伝統の継承Contributing to local culture and carrying on tradition低層部には、賑わいを創出する商業施設、地域文化に貢献する伝統あるイイノホールおよびカンファレンスセンターを配している。永く愛されてきた旧飯野ビルディングのアートや石材を再生活用することで伝統の継承を図っている。低層部の主要な空間は、事業主のビジネスアイデンティティをいかした、波、船、帆、海底遺跡などのデザインモチーフを展開している。各用途へのアプローチの結節点となる1階共用エントランスホールは、立体感のあるダイナミックな佇まいを目指した。(本村 英人)The commercial establishments that create vibrant activity were placed in the low-rise section, together with Iino Hall and the Conference Center that embody tradition and contribute to local culture. The art and stone materials that were a part of the former Iino Building for so many years were restored and used in the new building. In the main space of the low-rise sections, waves, ships, sails, seafloor relics and other design motifs that reflect the business identity of the building owner were used. The common entrance hall on the ground floor that is the node for the approach to each facility was given a stately, solid and yet dynamic appearance. (Hideto Motomura)11Works
