The building, which stands on a site in front of the rich green of the Odori Park and the roadside trees, houses a café on the 1F and a beauty salon on the 2F. The opulent green from the park shines onto the 2-story 3-dimensional façade designed with the motif of a “leaf” which rises from the street, integrating the greenery and the building and adding a unique personality to the face of the shops. The curtain wall is visually linked to the surrounding green and the building, forming an “urban pocket park” fusing the lively café terrace with the street and the building.
