The layout was planned so as to maintain ongoing use of the athletic ground and avoid the construction of temporary buildings, which tend to be inadequate in terms of safety and comfort. After the new building was constructed in the inner courtyard of the existing building, the existing building was dismantled and the new auditorium was built.
