The high-rise part contains the residences, the low-rise part contains clinics, a dialysis center, and a day care center. These are residences for long term living without anxiety, by providing an integrated service of health enhancement, illness prevention, treatment, and care backed up with medical treatment within the facility. The external appearance has a leading edge image with white walls extending towards the sky, and the common areas are spaces with high quality and warmth appropriate to residences. Rich green recreational spaces are created by the exclusive tree-lined approach road and rooftop garden. The private residential areas are provided with window sashes extending to the ceiling to realize a bright living environment with a wonderful view of Osaka City and Ikomasanroku.
