The building shape utilizes the shape of the site and the climate. The east side that faces the city is open although privacy is maintained, and the west side that faces a residential area is closed although there are a minimum of openings through which the row of mountains can be seen. Also natural materials are used for internal and external finishes, creating warm and homely spaces.
