An outer shell framing system was developed to achieve both openness and area efficiency by using a seismic isolation structure and small diameter double columns, and by stacking the façade units that have a built-in external air intake and natural ventilation function, an attractive façade design unlike a conventional outer shell structure was realized. By introducing environmental element technologies such as solar power generation, etc., for 72 hours BCP, and total design including production processes such as use of the existing framework, etc., a highly competitive prototype building was achieved that can be extended horizontally.
