The “outer garden” is a play area enclosed by the balcony and the trees. On the other hand the “inner garden” is a three-dimensional play area with multi-level balconies, with external air drawn in between the overhangs, providing an airy space that is neither outside nor inside.The balcony is configured with a gentle curve to encourage the vigorous movement of the children. The volume of the children’s classrooms was covered with white 50mm square tiles, with the aim that the children’s activities will rise in white background.
