The design is a modern depiction of the origins and historical nature of the area. The roof contains wave-like rooftop greenery designed to resemble the Shinobazu-no-ike pond in Ueno Park, as well as conference rooms with a view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The result is an environmentally conscious office building that enables people to come in contact with natural light and breezes in various parts of the building. The exclusive occupancy sections on the standard floors that measure approximately 390 "tsubo” (1,291 m3) have an availability factor of 87%, enabling the space to be divided into three sections and resulting in a lease office facility that offers excellent business potential. The building has been awarded both the CASBEE-S rank and the LEED-CS Platinum rank.
