The facility needed to have high reliability and functionality and impeccable security in order to protect customer information, and also needed to function as a disaster mitigation center in the event of an emergency. The simple, monotone wall exterior is meant to convey the innovative nature of the company as well as the dependability needed for an ICT center. An effort was also made to form a cityscape that was in keeping with the surrounding block where development is underway, such as by providing greenery that provides continuity with the roadside greenery.
