By arranging the two uses in parallel, providing 100 guest rooms within the height limit of 31 m, and producing a spa facility with large air volume per person, characteristic spaces were produced creating a new attraction in Atami. The exterior appearance from the city is an image of a wave facing the sea changing to a new wave, containing a wish for this new facility that will lead the development of Atami.
