Works24The standing outdoor hot spring baths on the 5,7th stories have a length of about 25 m, depth 1.1 m, each containing 20 t of warm water, superimposed vertically but staggered in a fan shape, so that the view connects to the sea and opens out to the sky, thereby producing spaces where the nightime view of Atami and fireworks can be enjoyed. The hotel guest rooms include a terrace facing the sea and a living area connected to the terrace, so the sea can be felt to be close during the day, producing spaces where time can be spent enjoying the night-time view of the city.
