By retaining the design of the existing building the two facilities are given the integral feeling of a landmark, and the interior is designed to give the guests a feeling of entertainment during their stay. The aim was to provide a building in which the interior could be easily renewed in accordance with the various changes in entertainment, by adopting a seismically isolated structure and structure appropriate to the use on each floor.
