The project started from the concept of the Japanese restaurant Kyoyamato, which has become beloved as a gathering place for many people over 60 years, to preserve the charm of this historical location for the next generation. The aim was to create a new experience closely connected to tradition and scenery that increases in profundity with the passage of time, giving rise to new experiences day-by-day that are unique to this location, by conserving and utilizing the existing buildings and gardens of the restaurant and incorporating those rich charm with the international and sophisticated luxuriance of Park Hyatt.
