Works08By providing two levels in each dormitory room, the effective area is maximized with compact floor area, and the number of dormitory rooms per floor is maximized, thereby achieving height reduction of the building. The 2-level bed furniture of frame and panel construction has an integral bed, stairs, desk, drawers, and closet, giving the residents freedom to freely use the minimum space. This enables the private space facing the common part (living area) and the external part (balcony) to be utilized to the maximum extent.
