An issue in the design was how to provide all the units with a view of the park that was located at the eastern gable of the site. By inclining the south-facing exterior wall, the living rooms of all the units were given a view of the park. In addition full height openings were provided so that a connection to the park could be experienced, and balconies were provided where the wind could be felt. The scheme has the quality appropriate to high-grade residences, and living comfort suitable for the lifestyle of each of the residents.
