It is in a location with ultra high-rise buildings in the surroundings, so the planned development design system was used to link to the streetscape of a lush green open space. Using a structure with seismic walls around the building core and shallow beams around the periphery, the main living-dining area of each residence in plan was provided in a corner of the building for all units, thereby maximizing the view in the city center.
