In order to incorporate the majestic natural view to the maximum extent, a divided building composition was adopted with the central pond in between, utilizing the two axes to Mount Fuji and to the golf course at different angles. The aim was to produce a genuine high-grade resort facility through its stately exterior walls with split vermiculite stone appropriate for a resort on the plateau, the balconies emphasizing the horizontal lines, and the gentle proportioned external appearance from the gable roof with a rise.
