For the latest 3D model design, we touch-sensitive projection screen as the center of our workplace, which also includes a gallery and a library. We call this a ”co-creation space” which provides full access to and use of digital content projected on screen as well as a huge store of conventional reference materials. Drawing on a diversity of skillsets and people, we are integrating the latest technological advances with knowledge and wisdom acquired over many years of experience in design and construction to realize new possibilities. For example, we collaborated with MX3D of the Netherlands to produce the SUS furniture which inspires many uses, and which we use in our “co-creation” space. We combined MX3D manufacturing technology with our own FEM analysis technology and know-how of on-site processing and installation. Digital technologies allow us to endow materials with new possibilities—such as the ability to use normally hard and heavy stainless steel to create lightweight and flexibly-processable “HAGOROMO BENCH" with its unprecedented feel.
