Walking training is carried out on the terrace circuits where the light and breeze can be felt, and the aboveground café greatly connects with the city. Placing the support activities as a natural part of the city landscape increases the mutual understanding between visually impaired and sighted people, and promotes improvement of the participation in society of the visually impaired.
