N1222223Works建築主：明電興産所在地：東京都品川区主要用途：事務所設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：高橋健人・阪田恵理・川北豪・構造：平井慶一・井出豊・瑞慶覧長尚・設備：左勝旭・渡邊啓生・井口幸汰・作業所長：井上智将電力総合エンジニアリングを中核とする明電舎グループ企業の明電興産（株）、（株）明電エンジニアリングが入居する明興ビルの建替計画。外周部柱型のない25ｍｘ25ｍの整形執務空間を確保し、近隣環境に配慮し適正に外壁開口をしぼった外装、高断熱による空調負荷の低減、明電舎が新たに開発した太陽光パネル＋蓄電池＋EV充電器のパワーコンディショナー技術 (EVマルチPCS)を組合せ、一次消費エネルギー 69％減のZEB Ready BELS★★★★★認証を取得した。さらにMade in MEIDENのCO2フリー電力（風力発電）を使用し、運用上100％ZEROミッションビルを実現した。(阪田 恵理)This was a project to reconstruct the Meiko Building to bring together the Meidensha Group, with electrical power engineering at the core.On the outer periphery a regular office space 25m x 25m with no columns is provided, by optimizing the building and equipment, a low CO2 emission working environment was produced, and a common core area and wellness stairs with good views are provided. The air conditioning load was reduced by design restricting the external wall openings taking into consideration the nearby environment and high thermal insulation. In combination with solar power panels newly developed by the building owner + power supply cars + energy storage conditioner technology, primary energy consumption is reduced by 69%, and ZEB Ready BELS ★★★★★ certification was obtained. A next-generation office building was realized that is a base for the dispatch of power supply cars in times of disaster, and that has BCP performance as a base for the required personnel.
