N22１１１222333Works2021年に創立100周年を迎える記念事業として、生産拠点である古賀事業所内の施設再編の一環で建設された、設計開発者約200人が働くオフィスビル。人と人とのつながりを促進し、創造性を掻き立てる設計開発拠点となることを目指し、2・3階の設計室中央には木質素材を基調とした吹き抜け空間と上下移動を促す象徴的な螺旋階段を計画した。 自然エネルギーの活用と環境配慮技術の積極的な採用により、環境負荷低減を図り、CASBEE Sランク,BELS 5★,Net ZEB(PEB)を達成した。(中西 洋光)This is an office building where about 200 designers/developers work, built in 2021 as part of the re-organization of the facilities within Koga Factory to commemorate the centenary of founding the company. The aim was to produce a design and development base that would promote communication between the staff and stimulate creativity. In the center of the design offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors an atrium space with timber materials and a symbolic spiral staircase are provided to encourage vertical movement.
