The transparent foyer configured from three-story glass that connects two wings arranged north-south has a characteristic expression with respect to the city, due to the eaves and overhanging volume. The two wings are configured with a strong precast concrete façade with embedded bricks, and the foyer from light structural steel with a glass curtain wall. The bridge in the foyer is a suspended structure, providing a space with a transparent and open feeling.
