Worksオフィス中央に位置する屋外共用部であるX-TERRACE/クロステラスは、本計画を象徴するオフィス生活の核となるスペースである。真に居心地の良い外部環境を創出する為、立体的な空間構成により多様な居場所をつくり、さらに空調排気の二次利用やパラソルやタープといった家具の適正配置により外部環境の最適化を図った。(野口 伸)X-Terrace, the outdoor common area located in the center of the offices, is the core office lifestyle space symbolizing the design. To achieve a truly comfortable outdoor environment, a vertical spatial configuration was used to create diverse settings. Secondary systems for air intake and exhaust, and appropriate placement of parasols, tarps and other furnishings, were also employed to form an optimal outdoor environment.
