635421Worksロの字型に配置した住棟に囲まれた中庭は光・風・緑を取り込む開放的な立体緑道とし、吹抜を介して各住戸へ採光・通風を導き、住宅に適切なプライバシーと快適性を提供している。吹抜は「代々木」という地名のとおり折々の季節を感じる緑を配した柔らかい曲線形状とし、快適な風が吹き抜ける優しい景観とした。共用部には入居者のサードプレイスとなるラウンジやワークスペースも設置し、建築全体で入居者のQOLを向上させる住空間を目指した。 (平岡 麻紀 ＋ 栗田 実)24HOUSING UNIT PLAN S=1:200QOLを向上させる住まいResidences that offer improved quality of lifeThe square central courtyard surrounded by residential buildings has open three-dimensional greenways that incorporate light, breezes and greenery, and natural lighting and breezes are conducted to each residence through the atrium to ensure both comfort and appropriate privacy for the residences. A gentle landscape with pleasant breezes is created by the gradually curving atrium, with greenery that enables residents to sense the changing of the seasons — a design that is consistent with the name Yoyogi which means “trees existing for generations.” The common areas have lounges and work spaces that serve as a “third place” for residents.
