The training function wing that is designed to be a venue for social education has a minimalist design that is intended to evoke sincerity and austerity, achieved through a minimal number of elements and the texture of the materials themselves. In contrast, the section with interchange functions has been made a separate building to achieve a direct connection with the community, and it has a design that evokes familiarity through the use of gentle curves and transparency. The contrast between the two buildings creates a synergy that heightens their individual spatiality.
