N1432Works建築主：ウッドライズキャピタル所在地：宮城県仙台市主要用途：事務所設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：田中正博・石井浄・檜垣政弘・構造：高橋伸一・山本耕司・油川健樹・設備：住吉力・長谷部健人・作業所長：笠原一徳美しい銀杏並木が連続する大通りに面する中規模賃貸オフィスである。L型貸室に対して、銀杏並木に面して各階に共有バルコニーとリフレッシュコーナー・貸会議室の共有部が隣接する平面構成とし、働く人と外部環境の距離を縮めた。共有部には東北で育った木を活用した構造体や家具を採用し、経年で変化する表情を楽しめる空間とした。バルコニー手すりと雨どいを支持する外装木ルーバーを設け、室内日射制御と同時に、銀杏並木の背景とした。(檜垣 政弘)This medium-scale leased office building is located on a major street lined with beautiful gingko trees. Each floor has leased offices in an L-shape, next to a common area comprising refreshment corners, leased conference rooms and shared balconies that face the gingko-tree-lined street. This floor plan reduces the distance between the people working inside and the environment outside. Structures and furniture made using lumber nurtured in the Tohoku region were chosen for the common areas to create an environment that can be enjoyed as it ages over time. Exterior wooden louvers are provided to support the balcony handrails and rain gutters, controlling sunlight in the interior and at the same time adding to the gingko tree landscape.
