The standard floors have an imposing outer shell frame of modernized masonry construction, created by laminating 600mm thick prestressed concrete panels textured with a water-jet machining process in a staggered pattern. The outer shell frame has workspaces with no protruding columns and a solid core without earthquake-resistant elements. The result is a work environment with great business potential, ensuring a high degree of utility and minimizing the gap between actual effective area and legally mandated area. In addition, the external load is reduced by means of the prestressed concrete panel thickness and deep chiseling, and natural ventilation equipment is embedded in the outer shell frame to help secure the highest level of environmental performance in Japan. The low-rise section is a piloti space formed by steel-reinforced concrete arch columns with wide open corners to increase the building's integration with the city environment.
