N5121544322Works建築主：遠藤興産所在地：北海道札幌市主要用途：事務所・商業設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：高嶋一穂・千葉拓也・構造：金田崇興・山崎僚平・中澤秀太・設備：田島大介・臼杵洋平・市場達矢・作業所長：西條泰史札幌市中心部の狸小路商店街に建つ小規模複合ビル。雪国の全蓋式アーケードにおいて、壁面セットバックにより生み出したアトリウム空間を介して、自然光と街の賑わいを引き込み、建物とアーケードの新しい繋がり方を目指した。また、施工的制約の多い狭小地において、仮設材を減らし、仕上材と融合させたものづくりの過程をインテリアとして表出させ、生産合理化と建設資材削減、建設時エンボディドカーボン抑制を図った。(千葉 拓也)This small complex located in the famous Tanuki-koji shopping arcade in central Sapporo is completely enclosed for protection against the freezing temperatures in winter. The arcade has an atrium space created by wall setbacks that admits natural light and draws in the vibrancy of the city to create a new way of linking building and the shopping arcade. Because of the many limiting factors on construction in such a narrow space, temporary construction material quantities were reduced, and these were combined with the finishing materials to create the interior design. The goal was to limit construction materials, streamline production and reduce the embodied carbon from construction.
