21N334Works建築主：関西イシダ所在地：京都府京都市主要用途：事務所設計施工：竹中工務店・設計：小幡剛也・伊藤剛・構造：熊野豪人・山田達也・設備：布上亮介・中野諒・作業所長：山岸弘紀京都・聖護院にある世界的なハカリメーカーの本社建替計画。創業時から残る既存の庭園をトリガーとし、建築主の経営理念である「三方よし」になぞらえた3つのつながりー「風景とつながる」「庭園とつながる」「奥とつながる」をもった、邸宅のような本社を目指した。東大路通り沿いに60ｍの伸びやかなコンクリートの水平庇と緑を段丘状に連続させ、東山・叡山や点在する緑地といった京都の原風景と呼応する構成とした。高さを抑えながら、アルミ・石といった質実な素材と庭園を重ね合わせることで、緊張感を持ちながら陰影が深く奥行きのある表情を産み、この場所にふさわしい新しい風景を紡ぎだそうと考えた。(伊藤 剛)This plan involved the renovation of the head office of a scale manufacturer with a global presence, located in the Shogoin district of Kyoto. The goal was to create a mansion-like head office centering on the garden that has existed since the company's founding. The building embodies the company’s corporate philosophy that emphasizes linkages to the landscape, garden and interior, patterned on the company's management principle: "Good for our customers, good for society and good for our company." A terrace-like continuity is established between the greenery and the elongated horizontal concrete eaves that extend 60m along Higashioji-dori, resonating with the original landscape of Kyoto formed by Higashiyama, Mt. Hiei and the scattered greenery in between. Keeping the height low and superimposing simple materials such as aluminum and stone onto the garden preserves a feeling of tension and produces an expression of depth and shadows — a new landscape that is in keeping with the location.
