Located at the end of the underground passageway this redevelopment is designed to enhance the flow of people passing through the area. Its vertical layers house stores, a cinema complex and a hotel, in addition to an indoor and outdoor public square on the third floor where people in the community can gather. The outdoor stairs leading from the intersection to the public square are designed to function as "step benches" with a panoramic view of the area, creating a cityscape in which people are the main actors and providing vitality both day and night. A billboard tower has been provided on the wall of the intersection that is visible from Sapporo Station, harmonizing with the unique signage landscape of Susukino and creating a new countenance in the area.
