Abeno Harukas was chosen as the second “CO2 reduction promotion model project for houses and buildings” in 2008 due to its ability to conserve energy by maximizing its characteristic as a multi-usage vertical city.
By effectively incorporating natural energy such as solar and wind, the building is able to improve comfort and conserve energy at the same time.

Improve comfort Abeno Harukas Compared to standard buildings, Abeno Harukas plans to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 25%, equivalent to about 5,000 tons of CO2 annually.Also, it has been given an “S” ranking (the highest rank) by CASBEE Osaka, an environmental performance evaluation tool for buildings.
