Established a joint venture company in the Philippines

Takenaka Corporation (President: Masato Sasaki) has concluded an agreement with Makati Development Corporation (MDC), a leading construction company in the Philippines, to establish a joint venture company, MDTK Corporation.
MDC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. ("ALI"), a core company of the Ayala Group, a major conglomerate in the Philippines, and is responsible for the construction of office, residential and shopping malls.
The joint venture will continue to contribute to "urban creation" in the Philippines, where the economy continues to grow, by undertaking landmark projects centered on ALI's properties, such as the reconstruction of a shopping mall in the Makati district of Manila.
