SHIODOME SHIBA-RIKYU BUILDING

TOKYO 2006

This building is located on a highly visible site, located at the southern edge of the Shiodome Development Area, where the Shiba Rikyu Garden stretches out to the south. The exterior has been given a high-quality appearance through the use of glass curtain walls and stone-placed boards. With three-meter high ceilings, office space with outstanding views has been realized. The lower part of the building presents a four-story atrium lobby as well as a pedestrian deck with a glass pentroof. While making mutual adjustments with the surrounding area, careful attention was required so as not to affect the adjacent railroads.
