This is the construction of the head office building for this car dealership, facing Shin-Midosuji Overpass. The aim was to integrate the showroom, the maintenance shop, the parking area and offices into a single, multi-level hybrid space complex with an outdoor display space and a rooftop garden. On the overpass level, the outdoor stage shows the open-up display room to the traffic passing by. The exterior walls under the overpass are set back, and large, open space has been created with natural light being drawn inside through glass screens.
