1.Purpose of using social media

Takenaka Corporation (“the Company”) shall use social media to disseminate a variety of company-related information with the aim of letting more people know about the Company.

2.Basic policy for disseminating information on social media

  1. 1.In using social media, the Company shall comply with laws and regulations as well as our previously established Corporate Code of Conduct, and information shall be disseminated in a fair and sensible manner.

The Company shall disseminate information on social media with sincerity and prudence, having an awareness that this information can be accessed by an unspecified number of users from all backgrounds and circumstances, and that once information has been sent, it cannot be completely deleted.

3.To everyone who accesses the Company’s social media

  1. 1.In principle, the Company will not respond to posted replies, quotes, retransmissions, direct messages, comments, etc. by users on social media.

  9. 9.Election campaigns, religious activities, or any similar activities.
